Third time's a charm???

I just finished signing up for my third Manitoba Lung Association Conquer the Globe: Stairclimb for Clean Air 2009.  This is a fundraising and fitness challenge, I need to raise a minimum of $75, and then race up 30 flights of stairs in the CanWest Global building at Portage and Main.

The stairclimb is also an awareness campaign about the importance of clean air and lung health.  As a pharmacist, I see the effects of lung disease on society and, on the personal side, my aunt died of lung cancer 2 years ago.  So I am running up the stairs in memory of her and in support of all those with lung disease who can not.
